Second time we visit JM. First time, my wife had been in an accident with minor damage to her car. JM was recommended by a friend. The quality of service was second to none. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I can honestly say the car (an older Hyundai) was in better shape leaving their shop than before the accident. 

Second time, A problem on the car made us try them again to see if the service was a fluke or a trend. After a second excellent experience, I'm happy to say that I found myself a mechanic I can count on. We will come back.

I have been going to JM for years, and they are the most consistent and honest garage I have ever been to. Very glad to have been recommend to this shop! Jim (I think was his name) was very informative and honest about everything. The woman working behind the desk (one of the owners I believe) was very friendly and down to earth!! Amazing experience from start to finish! Also, in terms of being covid safe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ everything was sanitized prior to being given back to me! Will definitely be returning.

As a former North Grenville resident, I have been taking my cars to Jim & Fiona for years now. Honest, friendly service - always a smile and a good conversation. NEVER over charges or invents stuff to do that you don't need done, but always ensures my car is safe and well-maintained. I now live in Ottawa, and still bring my car out to JM Automotive in Heckston for service. Won't go anywhere else. If I could give jim and his team at JM more then 5 stars I would. I got myself in a bit of a pickle having my truck dead in my driveway. They got it going and over to the shop and I'm all good to go now. The price quoted for all jobs is extremely reasonable and their honesty and integrity is something I won't ever question. I will not bring my vehicles to any other shop. Thanks again guys heckston is lucky we have you!
